SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern the SMS/text messaging program provided by Be Loved Academy ("Be Loved Learning Center LLC," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Be Loved Academy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose
These Terms govern your participation in the Be Loved Academy SMS program, which provides tour and enrollment reminders, scheduling notices, billing and account updates, and general childcare-related communication via text message.

2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you:

Consent to receive recurring informational and transactional text messages related to enrollment, tours, and your child's care at Be Loved Academy.
Understand that messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Acknowledge that your consent is not required as a condition of enrolling your child in our program.

3. Program Description
Our SMS program may include:

Tour and appointment reminders
Enrollment updates and scheduling notices
Billing, tuition, and account notifications
Closure, weather, or schedule-change alerts
General updates about your child's classroom or Be Loved Academy programs

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on your enrollment status and the season, but you can generally expect no more than 4–6 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details.

6. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with one of the following keywords:
STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After we receive your request, we will send one final confirmation message and then stop sending further messages.

8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers. However, delivery is not guaranteed and may vary depending on network availability.

9. No Liability for Delays or Undelivered Messages
Carriers and Be Loved Academy are not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered messages.

10. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. Be Loved Academy complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including Oklahoma childcare licensing requirements.

Your personal information, including your phone number, will only be used for enrollment and childcare-related communication.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Please note: SMS is not a secure method of communication. Do not include your child's health details when replying to messages.

11. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our SMS program. By participating, you affirm that you meet this requirement as a parent or legal guardian.

12. Changes to Terms
Be Loved Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and we may also notify you via SMS or email. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

14. Intellectual Property
All content related to our SMS program, including messages, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Be Loved Learning Center LLC and is protected under intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

15. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our SMS program to:

Transmit unlawful, offensive, or abusive content
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Misuse the SMS service in a way that could disrupt or harm Be Loved Academy, its staff, or the families it serves
